The Topgreener Tsos5-W Passive Infrared In-Wall Motion Sensor Light Switch offers great savings and convenience with lighting control. When the slide switch button is set to Auto mode, the Tsos5 PIR motion sensor will detect motion and automatically turn on loads such as lights, fans, motors, or heaters, and turn them off when no motion is sensed for the preset delay time. The variable delay time can be set to 15 seconds, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes.

The passive infrared (PIR) sensor detects occupancy by sensing the difference between heat emitted from the human body in motion and the background space. This occupancy sensor has a maximum coverage area of up to 707 sq. ft. with a 180-degree field of view, and the sensitivity level is adjustable in 4 positions from 30% to 100%. To provide adequate coverage within a space, the motion-activated sensor utilizes a unique Fresnel lens that divides the coverage area into zones, enhancing the detection of small movements.

With the Topgreener Tsos5 in-wall motion sensor light switch, users can enjoy the energy-efficient benefits and avoid energy waste by preventing lights from turning on during the day even when motion is detected. The switch can be used as an occupancy motion detector sensor or set to manual on/off mode, just like a standard on/off switch, by simply sliding the switch on the front of the sensor.
