Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable for our switch. It's essential to install only one 3-way dimmer switch per circuit. Place the switch on the side near the power source for optimal operation.

1. The light connected to the switch is flashing unexpectedly. To address flashing light issues, use one of the three compatibility modes available on the app. Refer to the user manual for specific steps. Note: Our product is not compatible with lights that come with a remote control; using it may cause flashing when adjusting brightness. Additionally, an unstable network may result in flickering lights.

2. The switch isn't functioning properly despite the correct wiring. During the wiring process, tighten the wire cap securely, failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. Make sure to install Treatlife switch on the line side (the source of power) and the 3-way switch on the other end needs to be a standard/dumb 3-way.
