Leviton DHS05-1LW Humidity Sensor for Bathroom

The Decora Humidity Sensor and Fan Control is a single pole device with a 1/4 HP motor, capable of handling up to 300W LED/CFL or 600W Incandescent/Halogen loads, and 400VA ELV/MLV. This versatile product can be installed with or without a neutral wire, and the line and load wires are interchangeable. The wallplate is sold separately.

This device is designed to comply with the requirements of the 2019 and 2022 California Title 24, Part 6, Indoor Air Quality and Mechanical Ventilation, as well as the 2019 and 2022 CALGREEN, Part II, Indoor Air Quality and Exhaust. It also meets the requirements of ASHRAE 62.2 - White.

The Decora Humidity Sensor and Fan Control offers a CONVENIENT feature, automatically turning the bath or ventilation fan on and off as needed. It is also EASY TO INSTALL, with a slim profile that fits in most wallboxes.

Furthermore, this product is FLEXIBLE, as it can be installed with or without a neutral wire. It is also VERSATILE, allowing users to adjust settings without tools or the need to remove the faceplate and wallplate.
