TOPGREENER Dual Load Motion Sensor Switch for Occupancy & Vacancy Modes

The TOPGREENER TDOS5-JD Motion Sensor Switch is a versatile dual load sensor switch capable of controlling two fixtures simultaneously. Designed for easy replacement of any indoor wall switch, this sensor can automate a light and fan simultaneously based on the motion detected in a room. With a max detection range of 40 ft in front and up to 20 ft on each side, and a 180° field of view, the PIR sensor is suitable for spaces up to 1200 sq ft.

The device features three distinct modes: Dual Occupancy (OCCD), Single Occupancy (OCCS), and Dual Vacancy (VACD), allowing users to customize the sensor's behavior according to their needs. In the default OCCD mode, both connected loads will automatically turn ON when someone enters the room and automatically turn OFF when the room is vacant. OCCS mode operates similarly, but it only applies the feature to the primary load. Alternatively, VACD mode requires both loads to be turned ON manually, but they will shut OFF automatically after the room is vacant for a preselected amount of time, which can be easily adjusted from 15 seconds up to 30 minutes.

The programming controls, located under the face cover of the device, include a sensor range dial, a time delay dial, and a switch that changes between the various modes. Both loads can also be turned ON/OFF manually with the press buttons on the face of the switch.

This motion-sensing wall switch is ideal for rooms that you enter with your hands full, such as an entryway, closet, laundry room, garage, kitchen, or bathroom. It helps conserve energy and lower power bills by ensuring the light or fan is never left on by mistake. The device is UL listed and compliant with Title 20 & 24 requirements.
